Job summary

Nine Orchard, a boutique hotel on Manhattan’s Lower East Side, seeks a Sales & Marketing Coordinator with a passion for hospitality and a flair for the New York market. This role connects prospective clients with the sales team, hotel operations, and F&B partners to drive group, corporate, and leisure revenue with a strong brand voice.

You will manage inquiries through the contract cycle, maintain relationships with key accounts, and support marketing efforts across campaigns, photography

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of hospitality sales, marketing, or related guest-facing role.
• Ability to write compelling proposals and manage client communications.
• Experience working across departments in a fast-moving environment.
• Knowledge of New York market and relationships with travel trade is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound group, return guest, VIP and corporate inquiries through contract.
• Develop relationships with travel agents, corporate accounts, event planners, and local businesses.
• Prepare proposals, presentations, contracts, and banquet event orders reflecting hotel voice.
• Coordinate VIP arrivals and ensure seamless communication across Front Office, F&B, and Housekeeping.
• Support email marketing campaigns, brand collateral, and partnerships.
