Job summary

The Ivy Hotel in Baltimore is seeking an experienced AM Food & Beverage Supervisor to oversee breakfast, in-room dining, guest areas, meetings and events, and afternoon tea preparation. The role emphasizes warm, personalized service in a refined but hands-on environment.

You will lead by example, support the team, and maintain high standards to ensure mornings run smoothly for hotel guests and restaurant patrons.

Qualifications

• Prior supervisory experience in luxury hospitality, boutique hotels, fine dining, or elevated food & beverage environments preferred.
• Ability to set, run and organize meetings and events places including AV and buffets.
• Experience with or the ability to learn coffee and tea products and services.
• Strong service instincts and a genuine passion for hospitality.

Responsibilities

• Oversee morning food & beverage operations across breakfast, in-room dining, guest common areas, meetings and events, and afternoon tea preparation.
• Lead by example, support the team, maintain high standards, and ensure mornings run smoothly and graciously for guests and restaurant patrons.
