Job summary

The Ivy Hotel in Baltimore, a Relais & Châteaux member, seeks an polished AM Food & Beverage Server to deliver breakfast, in-room dining, and tea service across guest rooms, common areas, meetings, and events.

This highly guest-facing role requires warm hospitality, calm composure under pressure, and a polished appearance. Weekend, holiday, and early morning availability are required.

Qualifications

• Strong service instincts and a genuine passion for hospitality.
• Experience with or the ability to learn coffee and tea products and services.
• Calm, organized, and solutions-oriented under pressure.
• Professional appearance and polished communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Execute morning food & beverage service across breakfast, in-room dining, guest common areas, meetings and events, and afternoon tea.
