The Ivy Hotel in Baltimore is seeking an experienced AM Food & Beverage Supervisor to oversee breakfast, in-room dining, guest areas, meetings and events in a refined luxury setting.

You will lead by example, support a small team, maintain high standards, and ensure mornings run smoothly and graciously for guests and restaurant patrons. Early morning shifts, weekends and holidays are required; prior supervisory experience in luxury hospitality and a passion for service are essential.

Qualifications

• Evidence of supervisory experience in luxury hospitality.
• Ability to set, run and organize meetings and events places including AV and buffets.
• Experience with or the ability to learn coffee and tea products and services.
• Strong service instincts and a genuine passion for hospitality.
• Calm, organized, and solutions-oriented under pressure.
• Professional appearance and polished communication skills.
• Comfortable working in a highly personalized, guest-focused setting where flexibility and teamwork are essential.
• Ability to multitask and maintain a positive, steady presence during busy service periods.
• Early morning, weekend, and holiday availability required.
