Qualifications

• Prior housekeeping or hospitality experience preferred.
• Ability to meet productivity and quality standards within time frames.
• Strong attention to detail and guest satisfaction.
• Work efficiently and independently with minimal supervision.
• Basic understanding of cleaning chemicals and SDS.
• Follow brand SOPs and room inspection checklists.
• Available for varied shifts, including mornings, weekends, holidays.
• Able to stand, bend, kneel, and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Clean and service an assigned quota of guest rooms daily to brand standards.
• Make beds and arrange bedding per brand presentation.
• Dust, sanitize surfaces, fixtures, and furnishings.
• Clean and sanitize bathrooms and floors.
• Replenish amenities and linens per brand par levels.
• Vacuum carpets and clean hard-surface floors.
• Report maintenance issues promptly to supervisor.
• Restock housekeeping cart at shift start/end.
