The Smyth Tribeca is seeking a Guest Services Agent to be the first point of contact for guests and to deliver a warm, personalized check-in and check-out experience with discretion and high service standards.

You will greet guests, answer inquiries, coordinate with hotel departments, process payments, and help with concierge services. This on-site role requires a HS diploma, 1 year front desk experience, and flexibility for weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year experience in a front desk or guest-facing role.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
• Availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with warmth and professionalism on arrival.
• Perform check-in/check-out procedures accurately.
