TRYP Pittsburgh | Lawrenceville is seeking an enthusiastic front desk agent to welcome guests, manage accounts, answer inquiries, and field complaints to ensure an excellent guest experience. You will connect with housekeeping and coordinate reservations, playing a key role in delivering warm, personalized service.

Ideal candidates will have strong phone skills, superb time management, and a friendly, professional demeanor. This role is based on-site and pays hourly between $15 and $16.

Qualifications

• Experience handling telephone calls and stressful situations.
• Strong time management, organization, customer service, and interpersonal skills.
• 1+ year of hotel industry experience or related job preferred.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience using Microsoft Office and reservation management systems.

Responsibilities

• Mitigate customer complaints as needed.
• Coordinate with housekeeping to prepare guest accommodations.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date guest accounts.
• Handle incoming calls, online and in-person room bookings; answer questions about rates, rooms, amenities, rewards, and requests.
• Check guests in and out, issue keys and room numbers.
