CHANEL, Wynn Las Vegas, seeks a Boutique Facilitator, Host to greet clients, guide their experience, and help maintain a smooth flow in the boutique. You will support all areas of the shop, assisting colleagues to maximize client-facing time and ensure excellent service.

The role emphasizes welcoming interactions, clear communication, teamwork, and a strong passion for CHANEL’s brand and standards. Flexibility for evenings and weekends is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum High School Diploma.
• Able to lift 15 lbs.
• Flexible schedule with the ability to work late nights, weekends and some holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients warmly and welcome them to the boutique.
• Assist clients by answering questions and facilitating a seamless experience.
• Help maintain the flow of traffic to ensure optimal service levels.
• Support other boutique team members and assist across departments as needed.
