Job summary

CHANEL is seeking a Fashion Advisor for our Wynn, Las Vegas boutique. You will deliver superior client service, apply fashion expertise, and build lasting relationships to drive client conversion and brand loyalty.

The role requires in-store presence and the ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends. As a valued member of a diverse sales team, you will contribute to a premium client experience, manage client follow-up, and support alterations and repairs as needed while

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of related experience.
• Excellent communication skills and client service orientation.
• Front of House Fashion: full‑time in‑store presence.
• Ability to lift 15 lbs. and work a flexible schedule including late nights, weekends, and some holidays.
• Passion for CHANEL, its history and luxury product offering.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of new customers, converting walk‑in traffic to clients and brand ambassadors.
• Optimize the client experience with prompt, professional, warm and courteous service.
• Build genuine relationships through thoughtful and consistent outreach.
• Demonstrate a can‑do attitude to raise service levels and exceed expectations.
• Take in repairs and maintain follow up with clients regarding repairs and alterations.
