Job summary

Kimpton Tryon Park Hotel in Charlotte, NC seeks a Guest Service Agent to handle registration and check-out, PBX operations, and mail service while delivering outstanding guest experiences.

You'll be an advocate for the hotel, build relationships with guests, and coordinate with Reservations, Sales, Housekeeping, and Valet. Previous front desk or customer-facing experience is preferred; evenings, weekends and holidays required.

The role offers $18.00 per hour and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Previous front desk or customer-facing experience preferred.
• Knowledge of local area, services and attractions.
• Able to work evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Register and check-out guests.
• PBX operations, mail and message service.
