The Marquesa Hotel in Key West, FL is seeking a Part-Time Front Desk Agent to join our award-winning team. You will greet guests, manage check-ins and check-outs, handle reservations, answer calls, process payments, and resolve issues to ensure a positive guest experience.

Candidates should be proficient with computers and hotel software, comfortable navigating the web, and able to communicate clearly with guests and team members.

Qualifications

• Computer and software proficiency: Efficiently using a keyboard, logging in/out, and navigating operating systems.
• Internet and web navigation: Using web browsers, searching for information, and utilizing company online software systems.
• Must be able to exert physical effort lifting 5–50 pounds occasionally; push/pull 50+ pounds.
• Must communicate effectively with guests, management and coworkers and maintain a positive attitude.

Responsibilities
