Job summary

Club Pilates Lansing is seeking a General Manager to lead studio operations, drive revenue, and supervise instructors. You will oversee sales, local marketing, and day-to-day administration, reporting to the regional manager.

Experience in premium hospitality or wellness environments is highly valued for delivering an elevated client experience while growing membership. The role requires leadership, strong communication, and a hands-on approach to daily studio management, with a focus on results

Qualifications

• 2+ years of management and sales experience in boutique fitness or premium hospitality.
• Strong leadership and team coordination skills.
• Proven ability to generate personal sales and hit membership targets.
• Experience managing multiple revenue streams: memberships, retail, private training, teacher training.
• Social media savvy with experience on Facebook and Instagram.
• Excellent English communication, presence, and attention to detail.
• Proficiency with club management software (ClubReady is a plus).

Responsibilities

• Sales & lead generation: implement strategic processes to schedule prospects into demos and close memberships.
• Marketing & partnerships: collaborate on campaigns with local businesses and events.
• Social media management: create and schedule content across platforms and monitor engagement.
• Team leadership: hire, onboard, train, and supervise staff; manage scheduling.
• Operations: oversee studio setup, cleanliness, and policy enforcement; generate revenue reports.
• Inventory & vendor relations: coordinate with vendors to display and stock products.
