Job summary

BlueStar Resort & Golf is seeking a part-time Fitness Instructor to develop classes for all fitness levels, teach safe exercise, and support members during workouts. The role reports to the Spa & Fitness Director and requires a customer-focused approach with strong communication and teamwork.

A flexible schedule inclines evenings/weekends is expected. Benefits include medical/dental/life insurance eligibility for full-time, PTO accrual, paid holidays, and 401(k) participation after 30

Qualifications

High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
One year experience with class instruction preferred.
Current First Aid, CPR/AED certification required by the Club.
Group Certification and experience with 55+ audience preferred.
Computer literate and able to demonstrate equipment use.

Responsibilities

Develop fitness classes for various levels.
Train members on safe use of equipment.
Lead classes with enthusiasm and support.
Assist members in choosing routines to fit goals and limitations.
Maintain professional instructor-client relationships and adhere to policies.
