Job summary

BlueStar Resort & Golf is seeking a part-time Fitness Instructor to develop and lead diverse fitness classes for members at Encanterra. You will train clients in safe exercise techniques, operate equipment properly, and support a welcoming, high-energy class environment.

The role reports to the Spa & Fitness Director, requires flexible scheduling including evenings and weekends, and emphasizes customer service and safety. Benefits include PTO and holidays where applicable.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• CPR/AED certification may be required by the Club.
• Experience with group exercise instruction is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Create and lead safe fitness classes for all levels.
• Assist members during workouts and promote health goals.
• Maintain equipment cleanliness and safety.
• Coordinate with Spa & Fitness Director on schedules and events.
