CHANEL, Inc. is seeking a Boutique Facilitator in Boston to provide the highest standard of service and be trained across all boutique activities. You will support sales associates and the boutique to maximize client-facing time, acting as a generalist across operations.

The role requires a minimum of 1 year of related experience and a High School Diploma, with the ability to lift 15 lbs. A flexible schedule including late nights, weekends, and some holidays is required to support in-store needs.

Responsibilities

• Answer phone calls to resolve client issues promptly and professionally.
