Qualifications

2 years of management experience in hospitality.
Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Restaurant, Banquets or Culinary Management preferred.
Excellent interpersonal communication skills and organizational ability.
Passion for creating personalized guest experiences.
Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Food Handler Certification (if applicable).

Responsibilities

Lead banquet and catered events with exceptional guest service and flawless execution.
Review Banquet Event Orders (BEOs) daily with Culinary, Sales, and Operations teams.
Coordinate timely food and beverage production with the culinary team.
Serve as the Manager on Duty for banquet functions with visible leadership.
Oversee daily restaurant operation when banquet business is not in operation.
Recruit, interview, hire, train, coach, and develop team members to maintain service excellence.
Complete regular performance evaluations and conduct ongoing training programs.
