Job summary

CHANEL in Los Angeles is seeking a Boutique Facilitator who loves delivering first-class client service. In this generalist role you will assist sales associates and the boutique to maximize client-facing time and support all areas as needed.

You thrive in a team, excelling in communication, with a passion for CHANEL, capable of lifting up to 15 lbs, and flexible to work late nights, weekends and some holidays. Minimum 1 year of related experience and a high school diploma required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of related experience.
• Minimum High School Diploma.
• Able to lift 15 lbs.
• Flexible schedule with late nights, weekends, and some holidays.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional service and welcome all clients.
• Be the ultimate brand ambassador by providing continuous sales and service support.
• Support Operations in shipments, inventory counts and re-ticketing.
• Assist Fashion Advisors with packaging.
• Open/close registers and handle cash and deposits.
• Conduct administrative tasks to resolve client issues promptly.
