Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in a similar or supportive role.
• Strong interpersonal communication skills.
• Excellent wine and spirits knowledge.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Ability to learn, retain, and present product, menu, and allergy information to guests.
• Basic math skills for accurate billing.
• Food handler and alcohol awareness certifications (if applicable).
• Flexible schedule, evenings, weekends, and holidays when needed.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests and promptly serve food and beverages, take orders, and process them in the POS system.
• Ensure guests have an outstanding experience and address any complaints quickly.
• Maintain cleanliness of tables, countertops, and work areas.
• Set up and break down of stations (deli, dessert, coffee, espresso).
• Prepare drink condiments as needed.
• Assist with seating guests and answering phones as needed.
• Perform all other sidework and adapt to additional responsibilities as required.
