Job summary

Kimpton Hotels & Restaurants is seeking a bartender to craft and personalize guest experiences with style and hospitality. You will greet guests, prepare and serve drinks, manage orders in the POS system, and work with servers to ensure seamless service.

Qualifications

1 year of bartending experience is preferred.
Passion for crafting and personalizing guest experiences.
Excellent wine and spirits knowledge, great communication and presentation skills.
Knowledgeable of credit card and cash handling procedures, as well as recording accurate tip-out sheets.

Responsibilities

Greet and welcome guests and promptly serve drinks and food.
Pour drinks, follow standard pour, and process orders in the POS system with accuracy.
Serve food and drinks to guests and assist servers with orders.
Notify a manager if a guest is intoxicated or rude.
Stock bar supplies and keep work areas clean and organized.
Maintain uniform and grooming standards.
Communicate effectively with team and management.
Unpack deliveries and stock the bar as needed.
Be flexible to take on additional tasks as needed.
