• 1 year of bartending experience preferred.
• Passion for crafting and personalizing guest experiences.
• Excellent wine and spirits knowledge.
• Knowledgeable of credit card and cash handling procedures and tip-out sheets.
• Food Handler and Alcohol Serving Certifications (if applicable).
• Flexible schedule; able to work evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and promptly serve food and beverages.
• Pour drinks per specifications and process orders in POS with accuracy.
• Serve food and drinks and assist servers as needed.
• Notify a manager if a guest is intoxicated or disruptive.
• Unpack deliveries and stock bar inventory; maintain cleanliness.
• Clean shelving, equipment, and bar surfaces.
• Follow uniform and grooming standards.
• Coordinate with support staff and management for smooth service.
• Be prepared to take on additional duties as needed.
