Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of related experience.
• Excellent communication and client service skills.
• Able to work late nights, weekends, and some holidays.
• Must be present in store for opening/closing and inventory tasks.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and greet clients and support client events.
• Provide ongoing sales and service support to Fashion Advisors and the boutique team.
• Assist with receiving/shipping product, inventory counts, and daily re-ticketing.
• Handle packaging, opening/closing registers, cash handling, and deposits.
• Answer phones and resolve client issues professionally.
