Job summary

The Boutique Facilitator at Brobston Group LLC supports daily boutique operations and delivers exceptional client service on the sales floor. This role assists sales associates with packaging, client service, shipments, inventory tasks, and cash handling to keep store routines smooth.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to lift 15 lbs and perform light physical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and greet clients and support exceptional customer service on the boutique floor
• Assist sales associates with packaging and client service support to maximize client-facing time
• Support incoming and outgoing shipment processes and assist with inventory cycle counts and re-ticketing
• Support opening and closing registers and assist with handling cash and deposits
• Perform administrative tasks including answering phone calls and resolving client issues professionally
