Job summary

Brobston Group LLC is seeking an Operations Manager to oversee the boutique's operations, including inventory control, shipping and receiving, alterations, facilities, security, staffing, compliance, and expense management. You will partner with Boutique Leaders and the Home Office Retail Operations team to drive efficiency and deliver an elevated client experience.

Responsibilities include owning all boutique operations, collaborating on efficiency initiatives, leading and coaching staff,

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of related experience.
Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Proven people leadership experience in a retail environment.
Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills; comfort with managing multiple projects.
Ability to lift 15 lbs and work a flexible schedule including late nights, weekends, and some holidays.

Responsibilities

Own all operational functions within the boutique, including inventory control, shipping and receiving, alterations, facilities, and security.
Collaborate with Home Office Retail Operations to develop and execute initiatives that increase efficiency.
Lead and coach operationally aligned staff, fostering a positive team culture and delivering high standards of client service.
Manage resource planning, staffing, compliance, expense management, budgeting, and forecasting for the boutique.
Act as the subject‑matter expert on SOPs, systems, and tools and lead operational projects and improvements.
