Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide a positive first and last impression to guests as they arrive and depart.
• Assist with luggage and packages upon arrival and departure; arrange transportation when necessary.
• Greet guests and carry luggage to guestrooms during check-in and check-out.
• Hail taxicabs and answer inquiries; carry luggage to the curb for transport.
• Provide guests with information about their stay and the hotel; answer questions.
