Qualifications

• Proficiency in computer skills and excellent verbal communication.
• Familiarity with SAP is a plus; multilingualism is beneficial for diverse clientele.

• Deliver an exceptional client experience by supporting Sales Associates and boutique operations.
• Maintain daily boutique operations and assist with Reception duties.

• Assist with opening/closing setup and breakdowns of the boutique.
• Backfill POS stations and maintain backstock; keep merchandise in proper condition.
• Greet clients and uphold service protocols; align with the Service Charter.
• Support the Service Excellence Ceremony and engage with Management and Boutique Administrators.

This role demands a proactive and adaptable individual who can thrive in a dynamic retail environment while providing exceptional customer service and support to ensure the smooth operation of the boutique.

What are we expecting from you?

Reporting to the Assistant Boutique Manager, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional client experience by providing support to Sales Associates, daily boutique maintenance and operations, assisting Reception and providing consistent and active participation to the Van Cleef & Arpels Service Excellence Ceremony.

In this role, you will:

• Handle the daily replenishment of selling floor supplies such as shopping bags and wrapping paper as necessary to ensure smooth operations
• Participate to set up and breakdowns at opening and closing of the boutique
• Responsible for proper handling of morning Jewelry set up and evening jewelry pulling, as well as backstock maintenance
• Accurately backfill POS stations and desks
• Maintain a strong partnership with Management and Boutique Administrators to ensure merchandise is kept in proper condition
• Responsible for greeting clients and assisting with Reception duties
• Respect all protocols defined by Management and Corporate regarding the client experience
• Uphold Van Cleef & Arpels image by always maintaining a professional demeanor and following the Service Charter
