Job summary

Forty2 LLC seeks a charismatic Apartment Leasing Professional to join our boutique property management team. You will be the first contact for prospective renters and will guide them through tours, applications, and move-in while delivering exceptional service.

The role requires 1–2 years of leasing or customer service experience, strong interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to work weekends.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–2 years leasing, sales, or customer service experience.
• Real estate or property management experience preferred.
• Proficient in property management software.

Responsibilities

• Greet prospective residents and conduct property tours.
• Present available apartments in a compelling manner, highlighting features and benefits.
• Respond to leasing inquiries via phone, email, and in person.
• Follow up with leads and complete lease applications and necessary paperwork.
• Assist applicants through the leasing process, including screening and move-in.
• Provide outstanding customer service to current and prospective residents.
• Resolve resident concerns and maintenance requests promptly and professionally.
• Promote resident retention by developing positive relationships and community involvement.
• Maintain accurate records of prospect traffic, leasing activity, and resident interactions.
• Prepare lease agreements and ensure all documents comply with company and legal standards.
• Assist with rent collections and enforce community policies.
• Support marketing efforts, including social media, outreach, and resident events.
• Monitor online advertising and ensure listings are current and appealing.
