Forty2 LLC is seeking a charismatic Apartment Leasing Professional to join our boutique property management team in Bluffton, SC. You will greet prospective residents, present available apartments, and guide applicants through the leasing process with professionalism and courtesy.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–2 years of leasing, sales, or customer service experience (real estate or property management preferred).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; professional appearance.

Responsibilities

• Greet prospective residents and conduct property tours.
• Present available apartments and highlight features.
• Respond to leasing inquiries via phone, email, and in person.
• Follow up with leads and complete lease applications and paperwork.
• Assist applicants through the leasing process including screening and move-in.
• Provide outstanding customer service to residents and prospects.
• Resolve resident concerns and maintenance requests promptly.
• Promote resident retention through positive relationships and events.
• Maintain records of prospect traffic and leasing activity.
• Prepare lease agreements and ensure compliance with standards.
• Assist with rent collections and enforce community policies.
• Support marketing efforts including social media and events.
• Monitor online listings to keep them current and appealing.
