Job summary

Forty2 LLC is seeking a charismatic Apartment Leasing Professional to join our boutique property management team. You will be the first point of contact for prospective renters, conducting tours and handling inquiries with a high level of professionalism and presentation.

Responsibilities include leasing, marketing support, and exceptional resident service to drive retention. Weekend work and flexible hours are required to meet leasing goals and maintain community standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–2 years in leasing, sales, or customer service (real estate or property management preferred).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work weekends and flexible hours.

Responsibilities

• Greet prospective residents and conduct property tours.
• Present available apartments and highlight features.
• Respond to leasing inquiries via phone, email, and in person.
• Complete lease applications and paperwork.
• Assist applicants through the leasing process including screening and move‑in.
• Provide outstanding customer service to residents and prospects.
• Resolve resident concerns and maintenance requests promptly.
• Promote resident retention through positive relationships and community involvement.
• Maintain accurate records of traffic, leasing activity, and interactions.
• Prepare lease agreements and ensure compliance with standards.
• Assist with rent collections and enforcement of policies.
• Support marketing efforts including social media and events.
• Monitor online advertising and keep listings current.
