Schedule: 20–29 hours per week, weekdays required, plus three Saturdays per month. You will greet prospects, conduct apartment tours, market available units, prepare leases, collect rent, and perform general office duties.

• Office operations — Perform general administrative and customer service duties

Qualifications

• Customer‑focused mindset with strong sales and communication skills
• Leasing, sales, or customer service experience preferred
• Organized and results‑oriented with high energy and professionalism
• Must be able to walk the community and tour apartments with prospective residents, including climbing stairs and navigating breezeways as needed.
• Must pass drug and background screening
• Must be available weekdays and three Saturdays per month
