Ampersand Therapy LLC in Boulder, CO is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a full-time school-based role starting ASAP for the 2026–2027 year. You will deliver speech-language services in the classroom, develop IEP-driven goals, and collaborate with teachers and families.

The position offers competitive pay up to $65/hour, W-2 employment with benefits, and reimbursement for licensure, CEUs, and professional expenses, plus mentorship and ongoing support.

Qualifications

• Valid Colorado State SLP license (or ability to obtain).
• Colorado CDE certification (or willingness to obtain).
• Master’s Degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders.
• At least 1 year of classroom experience required.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide speech-language therapy services in a school setting.
• Conduct assessments and write comprehensive evaluation reports.
• Develop and implement IEP goals and therapy plans.
• Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with school teams.
• Support students with articulation, language, fluency, and social communication.
• Partner with teachers and families to support carryover of skills.
• Maintain timely documentation, progress notes, and compliance records.
