Job summary

Ampersand Therapy in Boulder, CO seeks a Speech-Language Pathologist for a school-based, full-time position starting ASAP for the 2026-2027 school year. You will provide speech-language services that directly impact students' communication and learning in a classroom setting.

You will conduct assessments, write IEP goals and therapy plans, participate in IEP meetings, and collaborate with teachers and families to support carryover of skills.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders.
• Valid Colorado State SLP license or ability to obtain.
• Colorado CDE certification or willingness to obtain.
• At least 1 year of classroom experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide speech-language therapy services in a school setting.
• Conduct assessments and write comprehensive evaluation reports.
• Develop and implement IEP goals and therapy plans.
• Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with school teams.
• Support students with articulation, language, fluency, and social communication.
• Partner with teachers and families to support carryover of skills.
• Maintain timely documentation, progress notes, and compliance records.
• Monitor student progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
