The ideal candidate will perform general maintenance tasks, including plumbing, electrical troubleshooting, appliance repair, carpentry, and make-ready work, while ensuring safety and quality in common areas and units.

Qualifications

• Previous apartment maintenance experience preferred.
• Knowledge of general maintenance functions.
• Ability to troubleshoot and complete repairs independently.
• Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Complete work orders efficiently and professionally
• Perform general maintenance tasks, including: Basic plumbing repairs
• Electrical troubleshooting
• Appliance diagnostics and repair
• Carpentry, drywall, and general upkeep
• Assist with unit turns and make-ready preparation
• Maintain community grounds, common areas, and amenities
• Respond to resident requests with a friendly, professional attitude
• Ensure all work meets safety and quality standards
