The ideal candidate has 7+ years in bottling or high-speed packaging, a Lean mindset, and experience in manufacturing leadership. The position emphasizes teamwork, cost control, and continuous improvement within a dynamic wine production environment.

Qualifications

• Lean manufacturing problem solving experience and SAP is preferred.
• Strong computer knowledge with MS Office; Excel data analysis is essential.
• Exposure to SAP is desirable and helpful for daily operations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee 24-hour bottling production for multiple lines and packages, ensuring quality and productivity.
• Lead and develop the bottling team; monitor performance, provide feedback, and drive engagement.
• Plan and monitor budgets, costs, and deviations; implement cost-saving and process-improvement initiatives.
• Coordinate with maintenance and QA to ensure equipment reliability and compliance with standards.
• Enforce safety, HACCP, ISO, cGMP, DOE, FSSC, and other critical standards across shifts.
