Job summary

The Glenmore Distillery in Owensboro, KY, part of Sazerac, seeks a Processing Supervisor to lead a 10-person team on a 4 on, 4 off, 12-hour shift (6pm–6am). You will ensure safety, food safety, quality, and regulatory compliance while coordinating bottling schedules, raw material handling, and equipment reliability.

Responsibilities include supervising batching and filtration, overseeing DOT/USCG/Hazmat adherence, driving continuous improvement, and guiding staff development through the PDS

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum 3 years supervisory experience in manufacturing/processing.
• Experience with DOT/USCG/Hazmat regulations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead a 10-person processing team on a 4 on, 4 off, 12-hour shift (6pm–6am).
• Oversee safety, food safety, environmental, and regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate bottling schedule, equipment reliability, and inventory control.
• Drive cost-saving initiatives and budget input.
• Mentor and develop staff using the PDS system.
