Job summary

Sazerac Company is seeking a Production Supervisor for an onsite role in New Albany, IN, on a rotating 2-2-3 schedule from 6:45pm to 7am. You will lead daily bottling operations, ensuring safety, quality, and productivity, while engaging and developing the hourly production team.

You will partner with maintenance, quality, and leadership to drive continuous improvement and meet cost, safety, and regulatory standards. A Bachelor’s degree and strong communication skills are required.

• Ability to analyze production data and make operational decisions.
• Strong communication and collaboration across all levels.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop hourly production team members while fostering a culture of safety, accountability, and operational excellence.
• Oversee daily bottling operations to achieve production, quality, and efficiency goals in compliance with standards.
• Monitor production performance, identify opportunities for improvement, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Partner with maintenance, quality, warehouse, and leadership teams to resolve issues and optimize line performance.
• Manage production documentation, employee performance, and workforce planning to ensure efficient operations.
