Job summary

Sazerac’s The Glenmore Distillery in Owensboro, KY, seeks a Bottling Supervisor to lead bottling lines, ensure on-time production, and maintain the highest quality and safety standards. This role demands strong leadership, training, and cross-functional coordination on night shift.

You will work with management to implement improvements, support new product initiatives, and drive cost-efficient production while upholding regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required.
• Minimum of 2 years of related experience.
• Demonstrated leadership and supervisory skills.
• Proficient in using MS Office products.
• Proven ability to communicate with all levels in an organization.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversees bottling lines to meet production schedules safely and efficiently.
• Coordinate maintenance actions to preserve quality and output.
• Lead and train bottling line employees; develop individual growth plans.
• Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and environmental policies.
• Support New Product Development with timelines and budgets.
• Optimize processes to reduce costs and improve throughput.
• Maintain regulatory compliance including OSHA, EPA, and TTB.
