Job summary

Sazerac is seeking a proactive Operations Leader to guide daily manufacturing activities in a fast-paced environment, ensuring safe, high-quality production. You will coach frontline teams, drive continuous improvement, and collaborate across departments to meet production goals and cost targets.

Schedule is Monday–Thursday 4pm–3am with overtime as needed. Requires a Bachelor’s degree and 1+ years in operations leadership; experience in alcohol or CPG is a plus. Competitive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 1+ years of relevant operations, manufacturing, or production leadership experience.
• Experience in leading teams in a manufacturing environment is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily bottling and/or processing operations to meet production schedules, quality standards, and goals.
• Lead and develop frontline team members through coaching and training.
• Promote a strong safety culture by ensuring compliance with safety, food safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements.
• Drive continuous improvement and cost-saving initiatives to enhance efficiency and plant performance.
• Coordinate resources, inventory, and equipment readiness to support reliable operations.
