Sazerac invites you to join Barton 1792 Distillery as Receiving Supervisor, leading a team to ensure the safe, accurate receipt and timely availability of bottling materials. You will oversee unloading, routing, and inventory control while driving continuous improvement and maintaining safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
• Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to communicate effectively across all levels of an organization.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and inventory, ERP, or warehouse management systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop receiving department team members to ensure safe, accurate, and efficient material handling and inventory processes.
• Oversee the receipt, verification, unloading, and routing of production materials, including bottles, labels, closures, adhesives, and maintenance supplies.
• Coordinate inventory management activities to support uninterrupted bottling operations and maintain accurate system records.
• Monitor department performance, prepare operational reports, and partner with internal teams and suppliers to resolve issues and drive efficiency.
• Maintain compliance with safety, quality, food safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements while promoting a positive team culture.
