Job summary

Niagara Bottling in Jacksonville, FL is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead the daily production floor, ensuring safety, quality, and throughput. You will manage shift activities, coach team members, and coordinate with maintenance and QA to meet production goals.

The role requires strong leadership, hands-on problem solving, and adherence to GMP and food safety standards. The ideal candidate will have experience managing people in manufacturing, plus familiarity with Oracle and WMS systems.

Qualifications

• Experience managing people and projects in a manufacturing environment.
• Understanding of production processes and controls.
• Experience with safety, quality, and throughput goals.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily production floor activities to meet safety, quality, and throughput targets.
• Coach and develop team members, hire, train, and conduct performance reviews.
• Coordinate with Maintenance, HR, and Production Manager to address downtime and staffing.
• Review production schedule and adjust assignments to meet targets.
• Ensure correct inventory for changeovers and perform first-pass quality checks.
• Maintain GMP and Food Safety compliance across shifts.
• Produce shift reports on production numbers, downtime, attendance, and quality.
