Job summary

TD is seeking a hospitality-focused team member to serve as a mobile presence within the Boston office. You will enhance the workplace experience by supporting colleagues, guests, and events, ensuring spaces are welcoming, functional, and guest-ready.

Responsibilities include managing cafés and meeting spaces, coordinating room setups, and assisting with catering and event execution. 0-2 years of related experience preferred; strong MS Office skills required.

Qualifications

• Associate's/Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 0-2 years of related experience.
• Experience in office administration, hospitality, workplace services, facilities support, or related field.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Customer service and hospitality-oriented mindset with adaptability and initiative.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Maintain cafés, coffee stations, inclusive spaces and meeting rooms to ensure organization and guest readiness.
• Manage inventory and replenishment of workplace supplies and amenities.
• Conduct regular walkthroughs, identify issues, and coordinate cleaning, maintenance and repairs.
• Provide real-time workplace assistance and problem resolution for colleagues and visitors.
• Support workplace programming, events and catering coordination.
• Perform furniture movement and room reconfigurations for business and event needs.
• Submit and track facilities and technology service requests; assist with safety responsibilities as needed.
