Delaware North Boston Holdings at TD Garden in Boston, MA is seeking a Guest Experience Assistant Manager to support all aspects of the guest experience during events. You will coordinate events, supervise staff, and drive guest satisfaction through proactive service and collaboration with team partners.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree or related experience and at least 3 years of supervisory experience, with strong MS Office skills and stakeholder relationship capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or related experience.
• Minimum of 3 years of direct supervisory experience.
• Extensive customer relations experience; ability to manage relationships with stakeholders.
• Proficiency with computers, including Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and plan upcoming events at TD Garden.
• Manage day-to-day customer service channels (phone/email) for timely guest inquiries.
• Identify guest feedback trends and implement improvements to the guest experience.
• Assist with oversight, training, and culture development of event-based staff.
• Collaborate with TD Garden, Sportservice, Boston Bruins, and Boston Celtics to enhance guest and team member experiences.
