Qualifications

• Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Customer service and hospitality-oriented mindset with demonstrated adaptability and initiative.
• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse audiences.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Maintains cafés, coffee stations, inclusive spaces, and meeting rooms to ensure they are organized, operational, and guest-ready.
• Manages inventory and replenishment of workplace supplies and amenities.
• Conducts regular workplace walkthroughs, identifies issues, and coordinates cleaning, maintenance, and repair activities.
• Provides real-time workplace assistance, guidance, and problem resolution for colleagues and visitors.
• Supports workplace programming, enterprise events, and colleague engagement activities, including room setup, catering coordination, and event execution.
• Performs furniture movement and room reconfigurations to support business and event requirements.
• Submits, tracks, and coordinates facilities and technology service requests.
• May support additional workplace safety responsibilities such as Fire Warden or First Aid Representative.
