Job summary

Canada Goose Boston is seeking enthusiastic Seasonal Retail Associates for the holiday season (August – February). In this part-time role you will deliver highly engaging customer journeys, share product knowledge, and contribute to the store’s luxury, premium service ethos.

You will meet sales targets, assist with stock, POS operations, and teamwork to ensure a seamless guest experience. Open availability on weekends and holidays is preferred; prior luxury retail experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1-2 years of retail experience, preferably in a customer-focused, high-touch retail environment.
• Prior experience with luxury or premium brands in high-volume locations is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Achieve or exceed personal sales and KPI targets to support store results.
• Attend store meetings and product knowledge sessions.
• Contribute to a positive store environment through teamwork and collaboration.
• Assist in stockroom organization, stock replenishment, and inbound/outbound shipments.
• Advise customers with expert product knowledge and cross-department partnership.
• Operate POS systems accurately and in line with Canada Goose standards.
