Job summary

Canada Goose in Oakbrook Center is seeking enthusiastic Seasonal Retail Associates for the holiday season (October – February). You will help deliver engaging customer journeys, embody Canadian warmth, and support the store’s performance while providing luxury service.

This part-time role requires 1–2 years of retail experience, open availability Fri–Sun and holidays, and strong communication. You’ll use POS systems, stock the floor, and collaborate with teammates for a seamless guest experience.

Qualifications

• Retail experience in customer-focused environment.
• Experience with luxury or premium brands preferred.
• Open availability Fri–Sun and holidays.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer skills (Word, Excel).
• Multilingual skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Achieve or exceed personal sales and KPI targets.
• Attend all store meetings and product knowledge sessions.
• Contribute to a positive store environment through teamwork and collaboration.
• Drive KPIs and selling metrics by guiding customers to product categories.
• Maintain store standards and organize stockroom for a seamless guest experience.
• Advise customers on product recommendations with expert knowledge.
• Accurately use POS systems in line with Canada Goose standards.
• Seek feedback to improve performance and grow professionally.
