Job summary

Canada Goose is seeking enthusiastic Seasonal Retail Associates for the holiday season at our Troy, Michigan location. This part-time role focuses on delivering exceptional customer experiences, meeting sales targets, and maintaining the luxury brand standards during a high-traffic period.

You will support store operations, participate in product knowledge sessions, and collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless guest journey.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of retail experience in a customer-focused environment.
• Open availability to work Fri–Sun and holidays, including evenings.
• Self-motivated with strong time management and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed personal sales and KPI targets.
• Attend store meetings and product knowledge sessions.
• Maintain store standards and stockroom organization; ensure replenishment of the sales floor.
• Advise customers with product recommendations using knowledge of Canada Goose products.
• Operate POS and store systems accurately and efficiently.
