Canada Goose is seeking enthusiastic Seasonal Retail Associates for the Costa Mesa store to support the holiday season (October–February). The role focuses on delivering engaging customer journeys, driving luxury retail sales, and upholding the brand’s standards of warmth and hospitality.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years of retail experience in premium environments, open availability for Fridays through Sundays and holidays, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of retail experience in a customer-focused environment.
• - Strong communication and interpersonal skills for guest interactions.
• - Ability to work in a high-volume luxury retail setting and meet sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging customer journeys and drive sales KPIs.
• Attend store meetings and product knowledge sessions.
• Assist in maintaining store standards, stockroom organization, and replenishment.
• Advise customers with product recommendations and cross-department collaboration.
• Process transactions accurately using POS systems and adhere to SOPs.
