Job summary

Canada Goose is seeking enthusiastic Seasonal Retail Associates for the holiday season (October - February) to join our team in a high-touch, luxury environment. You will deliver exceptional customer service, support store operations, and help create a warm, Canadian hospitality experience for guests.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in retail, experience with luxury brands, and openness to working weekends and holidays. Strong communication and teamwork are essential to thrive in this role.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1-2 years of retail experience.
• Luxury or premium brands experience in high-volume locations.
• Open availability to work Friday through Sunday and holidays.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer skills in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel).

Responsibilities

• Achieve or exceed personal sales targets that contribute to store results.
• Attend store meetings and product knowledge sessions.
• Maintain store standards and assist with stockroom, shipments and replenishment.
• Advise customers on product recommendations with expert knowledge.
• Operate POS systems in compliance with Canada Goose standards.
• Collaborate with the team to deliver a seamless customer journey.
• Seek feedback to improve performance and grow professionally.
