Job summary

Canada Goose seeks enthusiastic Seasonal Retail Associates for the holiday season to deliver exceptional customer journeys in a luxury environment. You will advocate Canadian warmth, provide knowledgeable product guidance, and contribute to strong in-store performance during peak times.

Ideal candidates have 1-2 years in retail, comfort with premium brands, and flexibility to work weekends and holidays. A customer-first mindset and teamwork are essential to success at Canada Goose.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1-2 years of retail experience, preferably in a customer-focused, high-touch retail environment.
• Prior experience with luxury or premium brands in high volume locations is desirable.
• Must be available to work Friday through Sunday and all holidays, with flexible retail hours including evenings.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with strong attention to detail and adaptability.

Responsibilities

• Achieve or exceed personal sales and KPI targets to drive store results.
• Attend and participate in store meetings, events and product knowledge sessions.
• Collaborate with team to maintain a positive store environment and assist in stock management.
• Advise customers on product recommendations using expert knowledge and cross-department partnerships.
