Hawksmoor Boston is seeking a Bar Manager to lead our Fort Point bar team, ensuring the Hawksmoor standard of service, quality cocktails, whisky, and wine is consistently delivered to guests.

You will work across the floor and behind the bar, guide staff on service steps, manage schedules and stock, develop seasonal drinks, and mentor team members while upholding sustainability and inclusive culture at Hawksmoor.

Qualifications

• Expertise in classic and contemporary cocktails, whisky and wine knowledge.

• Expertly prepare all drinks on the Hawksmoor menu and ensure consistency and quality.
• Lead and develop bar team through recruitment, training, and coaching.
