Qualifications

• 3-7+ years of commercial property management experience.
• Retail and/or mixed-use experience preferred.
• Hospitality background valued.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the day-to-day relationship manager for tenants at portfolio properties.
• Lead tenant issue resolution with urgency and ownership.
• Own budget-to-actual performance and vendor management.
• Oversee capital projects and life-safety/compliance requirements.
• Foster collaboration across property teams and partners.
